FAQs:
What is the weekly schedule for summer camp?
From Monday to Friday, campers will be in Roots engaging in learning, games, team challenges, workshops, discussions, dhikr, and much more! Once a week, campers will go on field trips to an exciting venue to have fun with their fellow campers and build meaningful brotherhood and sisterhood!
What will the timings be for Bloom Summer Camp?
Summer camp will be held from 10:00am - 3:00pm. On Friday, campers will be dismissed post-Jumuah at 3:00pm as well.
Are field trips included in the registration price?
Yes— these are included in the tuition.
Do we have to sign up for both sessions?
No–parents have the choice to sign up their student(s) for only one of the sessions, or both! Each session will have unique curricula and activities with very slight unavoidable overlap.
Will summer camp provide lunch or snacks?
We will provide lunch and snacks! Special treats will also be provided throughout the week. Parents are welcome to pack additional snacks or food for their child if they would like!
My child is about to be 9. Can I register them for the preteens camp?
Parents know their children best. If you believe they will enjoy and thrive more in The Grove Summer Camps over the Bloom camps, then please feel free to sign them up. Similarly, if your almost-12-year-old will do better with the older kids, please feel free to sign them up for that week.
My child is about to be 13. Can I register them for the young teens camp instead of the preteens camp?
Similar to the answer above, parents know their children best. If you believe they will do better with the older kids, please feel free to sign them up for the young teens camp.
