Careers at Roots

Roots exists to build a community where everyone is welcomed and everyone belongs. Loneliness is the quiet crisis of our time, and fellowship is its cure. Every program, every space, every welcome is in service of one conviction, that every person with a beating heart wants to be close to Allah, and that no soul should have to walk toward Him alone.

Working here will not feel like a conventional job. The team is small, and everyone contributes to the impact of the whole. We grow together. Every moment of care and every act of leadership is felt across the team, and the quality of our work and our decision making is something we hold with pride. What we build for the community has to exist inside this team first. A teammate who walks in on a hard day deserves the same warmth as a first time visitor.
